Service Description
• Who it’s for: Clients who already have relaxed hair and just need to touch up their new growth (the natural hair that’s grown out since the last relaxer). • What it does: Relaxer is applied only to the new growth — not over previously relaxed hair — to avoid over-processing or breakage. • Purpose: To keep the texture consistent from root to end.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations and/or rescheduling made less than 24 hours will result in a charge of $40 (the standard price for a shampoo and style). This payment is required before scheduling a new appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the services booked. Pricing Policy: If guest incorrectly books services for upcoming appointment, additional service fees will apply and be requested on day of service. Right to refuse service: Traci Jefferson has the right to refuse services ay any time during the appointment process. We strive to keep a friendly peaceful working environment and value peace of mind above all things.
